1 Year - 12 Month - 365 Day Warranty with all of our products

We believe in our products. We are confident that your adult toys will work because we've put in the time and effort testing each model rigorously before it's put into production. So with confidence, we offer you a 1-year warranty from date of purchase. You must  subscribe to our website within 2 weeks of receiving shipment to qualify for our warranty.

Additionally, please send an email to support@ppunson.com with your full name, order number, shipping address, and also a short video of the malfunction in order to qualify for a warranty replacement. Please note that the warranty only covers problems due to manufacturing defects and does not cover man-made damage or normal wear and tear.
